Zé Pekeño és un projecte de Sorollisme-Experimental en funcionament des del 2007. Capitanejat per Cesc Fortuny i Fabré, i amb base d'operacions a Monistrol de Montserrat,Barcelona.
Zé Pekeño explora l'expressió del so en forma de soroll processat electrònicament, com a mitjà per induir al debat sobre els llenguatges estructurats. La destrucció de les estructures convencionals en la comunicació, comporta la denúncia del fracàs dels estats burgesos com a medis per garantir les societats del benestar, i per tant, provoca el debat sobre el fracàs del capitalisme com a model universal, que garanteix els drets i la igualtat d'oportunitats per a tota la població humana.
Els estats humanistes burgesos, estan formats per "aquells pocs elegits que saben llegir" ja que per poder llegir, és necessari comprendre i posseir el codi.
El nom de Zé Pekeño, neix d'una pel·lícula brasilera estrenada a Espanya amb el títol "Ciudad de Dios", ambientada a les "favelas" de Rio de Janeiro i que relata la crua realitat a què s'han d'enfrontar els joves brasilers que habiten aquest sector marginat de la ciutat. Apareix un nen d'uns vuit anys anomenat Zé Pequegno, que perpetra una verdadera matança en un bordell.

Zé Pekeño is a Experimental-Noise project active since 2007 run by Cesc Fortuny i Fabré and operating in Monistrol de Montserrat, Barcelona.
Zé Pekeño explores the expression of the sound in the shape of electronic noise, as way to induce to the debate on the constructed languages. The destruction of the conventional structures in the communication, carries the denunciation of the failure of the bourgeois states as average conditions to guarantee the societies of the well-being, and therefore, provokes the debate on the failure of the capitalism as universal model, who guarantees the rights and the equality of opportunities for the whole human population. The humanist bourgeois states, there are formed for "those few ones chosen that can read" since to be able to read, it is necessary to understand and to possess the code. Zé Pekeño's name, is born of a Brazilian movie released in Spain with the title "Ciudad de Dios", set in the "favelas" of Rio de Janeiro and that reports the extremely hard reality which there must face the Brazilian young men who inhabit this marginal sector of the city. There appears a child of approximately eight years old called Zé Pequegno, which perpetrates a real slaughter in a brothel.

Zé Pekeño es un proyecto de Ruidismo-Experimental en funcionamiento desde el 2007. Capitaneado por Cesc Fortuny i Fabré, y con base de operaciones en Monistrol de Montserrat,Barcelona.
Zé Pekeño explora la expresión del sonido en forma de ruido procesado electrónicamente, como medio para inducir al debate sobre los lenguajes estructurados. La destrucción de las estructuras convencionales en la comunicación, conlleva la denuncia del fracaso de los estados burgueses como medios para garantizar las sociedades del bienestar, y por tanto, provoca el debate sobre el fracaso del capitalismo como modelo universal, que garantiza los derechos y la igualdad de oportunidades para toda la población humana. Los estados humanistas burgueses, están formados por "aquellos pocos elegidos que saben leer" ya que para poder leer, es necesario comprender y poseer el código. El nombre de Zé Pekeño, nace de una película brasileña estrenada en España con el título "Ciudad de Dios", ambientada en las favelas de Río de Janeiro y que relata la cruda realidad a la que se deben enfrentar los jóvenes brasileños que habitan este sector marginado de la ciudad. Aparece un niño de unos ocho años llamado Zé Pequegno, que perpetra una verdadera matanza en un burdel.
